2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request the refund within 7 days of your original purchase date
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Have not violated our Terms of Service
  • Have not excessively downloaded or used the workflow templates

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your reason for requesting a refund
  • Allow 3-5 business days for processing

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Custom workflow development services (if applicable)

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This typically applies when you've used a significant portion of the service but encountered issues that prevented full utilization.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription plan, you can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
